Strategic Goal: empowerment of the community schools and community school movement in Russia.

Objectives:

1. To promote community schools as a tool for fostering grass-root initiatives.
2. To support networking and mutual learning opportunities among organizations working in the area of community education.
3. To build KCCP organizational capacity and become a think tank.

Target Groups: community schools - their directors, teachers and students, community leaders – in the regions of Russia

1. Design, piloting and dissemination of new community education programs
2. Program on quality assessment
3. Organization and conducting of network events
4. Managing the Common CS movement Internet-Site and KCCP web-page
5. All-Russian Forum on community education development
6. Quarterly issue of the newsletter
7. Summer schools for students
8. Consultations, information support
